3) Eligibility and user responsibilities

Pick one option and remove the other. If your team is based mainly in the UK/EU, Option A is often chosen for international-facing websites.

 

19) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on the Site with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
